Moxy Athens City
ShareHoused in the conversion of an existing building on the vibrant square of Omonoia, a stone’s throw away from the historical and cultural neighbourhood of the city, the fun-loving Moxy hotel is bringing its irreverent style to Athens. Drawing from the young Moxy spirit, the hotel sets inside the blissful garden of Hesperides with the design embracing and narrating elements of the story. A cross-pollination of community and culture, Moxy Athens City boldly propels the myth of eternal youth throughout the eight-floor of the boutique hotel.
For the rooms, a soft muted palette of warm grey tones, with vibrant colour accents on the soft upholstery creates an intimate and soothing atmosphere, conducive to relaxation. Moxy Athens will have 200 rooms and a stunning penthouse suite with a terrace overlooking the Athenian’s skyline, the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill, a ground floor bar, a lounge and library along with a downstairs area and a fully equipped event spaces and fitness centre. The project’s sustainability credentials is LEED Gold making it the very first “green” hotel in Greece to receive the distinction.
