Located at the western threshold of the Athenian Riviera, Park Residences is conceived as a new residential development comprising high-end apartments across eight floors.

Strongly influenced by the presence of the surrounding Mediterranean landscape, we envisioned a calm and refined building that establishes a timeless dialogue with nature. The building façade is subtly kinked to maximize its frontage towards the park, while creating generous recesses, carved into the building mass. Conceived as ‘outdoor rooms’ of approximately 45 sqm each, these spaces establish an immediate relationship with the park and open direct views towards the sea, integrating nature into the experience of everyday living. The two upper floors are dedicated to two penthouses, poised above the park and reinforcing the building’s distinctive architectural identity.

A sequence of linear, gently curved, off-white concrete slabs emphasizes the continuity of the expansive outdoor terraces, while stone cladded walls define the individual residences and frame views towards the park. Floor-to-ceiling movable timber panels filter the strong Attic light and articulate the outdoor rooms, while subtly referencing traditional timber shutters, an architectural element deeply rooted in Greek architectural heritage.
