Located in a prime location, adjoining the Panathenaic Stadium with unmatched views of the historical center of Athens and the Acropolis, the complex houses office space on ground level and apartments on upper levels.

Originally designed in 1979, the building has remained incomplete until now. Working with the existing concrete frame which had to be retained, the frame has been rationalised to create strong and elegant lines supported by light marble cladding. The wide openings and balconies promote health & wellbeing and maximise the spectacular views of the location. The elegant façade design creates a modern and contemporary finish that adds seamlessly to the local landscape whilst paying homage to Athens’ golden age polykatoikia.
