This five-storey building comprising seven apartments and one two-storey flat is located in a modest residential area in Patra, in a corner plot with a limited view of the sea towards the west.
A concrete wall is wrapping the building promoting its orientation towards Athinon str. and the sea, whereas at the same time it allows to the section of the building to become legible on the elevation. A second vertical concrete wall in the core of the building defines a transparent vertical space that reveals the articulation of the plan.
The underlying idea becomes thus clear: exposure of both the section and the plan of the building on the elevation by means of these two concrete elements.
External walls, differentiated both in color and material, are set back to serve this idea.
