A Newport landmark, the Vanderbilt Grace
(formerly Vanderbilt Hall) dates from 1909.
It was one of many mansions in the area owned
by the Vanderbilt family and today carefully combines
original Beaux Arts features with elegant simplicity.
New décor enhances the high-end, fine-dining
experience of the Muse restaurant. Having carefully
adapted the period features of the 100-year-old
Vanderbilt Grace to create a fresh, modern
aesthetic, the restaurant, complete with bar
and lounge area, will seat 44 diners. The dining
room is outfitted with clean white linens
and chairs, soft lighting, and touches of gold,
which add to the warmth of the experience.
