This three-storey corner building is located
in a post-industrial neighbourhood of Patra
currently undergoing redevelopment.
The building’s main volume is divided
into two parts, with a central glass atrium
to provide natural light to each apartment.
The three-storey penthouse rises above
the rooftop, covered with a metal structure
evocative of the surrounding industrial buildings.
