This private residence sits on an oblong site in Psychiko and overlooks the city of Athens. The residence consists of three distinct elements: the "rock", the "binoculars" and the transparent volume that occupies the space between them. The rock is a stone volume that accommodates an indoor pool, a gym and service spaces. The binoculars contain the private space of the house and are suspended in mid-air framing the spectacular view across Athens. Its curved outline allows the residence to open up towards the neighbouring house, which belongs to the same family. The transparent volume on the ground floor which reflects the movement of the binoculars, accommodates the living room next to the pool.
